  1. @Alberto M office365 will give you this error message if you break one of the following two limits: 30 messages per minute Recipient rate limit of 10,000 recipients per day https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/exchange-online-service-description/exchange-online-limits#receiving-and-sending-limits The bottleneck here is office 365 and unfortunately as we relay mail through them for you there is nothing that hornbill can do to bend this limit. What exactly is causing these big spikes? If it's some kind of monitoring system that sends a flurry of emails you could move this to send from another mailbox rather then office 365.
  2. We are currently seeing packet loss between Virgin Media's network and one of our data centers. If you are using Virgin Media you may be seeing general slowness or possibly disconnection messages. We do not believe that other networks are currently affected. Our providers have been notified and we hope to have the situation resolved shortly.
  3. @Alex8000 It does appear to be cloudflare trying to be helpful and rewriting your email addresses to prevent someone scraping them. https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170016-What-is-Email-Address-Obfuscation- This feature has now been switched off. Many thanks for reporting the issue and I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  4. Hi swcbc, We switched our DNS provider last night over to cloudflare and it appears this record was missed. I have added the record and it now appears in googles dns. C:\Users\jeffrey>nslookup Default Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com Address: 8.8.8.8 > service.hornbill.com Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com Address: 8.8.8.8 Non-authoritative answer: Name: service.hornbill.com Address: 78.129.173.117 Looks like I'm going to spend the morning making sure we have proper monitoring of all our service endpoints. Thanks for pointing this out so we could fix it.
