Good morning @Martyn Houghton the version as 'Variable' requires the Version ID (as read from the table h_itsm_product_versions) instead of the name. Or you can change the version to 'Manual' and select 11.1 from the list. Regards Armando -
Hi @Will Darley you should see the button; there is no app-setting to be enabled. I'll mention this issue for investigation. Thank you for reporting this.

@Will Darley with the last build it was released an enhancement to display the button even if the request is already assigned, except if the assign functionality is locked or disabled. Can you please check if you're not in one of these cases for your request ? Regards Armando

Good morning @Cristian it seems strange that some services are translated and others are not. For a service which is NOT translated, can you try removing the translation and add back in ? The issue might be inconsistent data in the database Thank you Armando

Good morning @Ashley we identified and fixed an issue causing My Dashboard displaying incorrect data. The fix will be available with the next build. About the chart title, we are unable to replicate the issue; any change in the title is reflected in the preview as well as in My Dashboards view. Self service - Attachments not coming through

Good afternoon @JAquino may I ask for more details about the issue you are experiencing with the attachments ? If I understand well, you're using the functionality 'Raise Request' from an email. Can you give more details about 'certain attachments' ? Does the issue occurs only with some of them ? Which type of attachments they are ? Do they have special characters in their name or they are big size ? Are the attachments linked to the email and they are not carried over the request that has been logged or they are attachments that you add manually via progressive capture and they are not attached to the request ? If you can provide details, ideally replication steps, that would be very helpful so we can investigate and address the issue. Thank you Armando -
