Hi Can someone give me some pointers on the code required for custom widgets. I want to explore the options for adding information to a dashboard and for starters a London travel widget and London Weather widget. I can get it to add website but I cant quite understand the code required for a Div widget. I watched the video on the wiki but it is a bit unclear in terms of the code he pastes into the URL section. Any help appreciated!

Hi I am having a similar problem despite re-creating the measure. With no date range set i get the same figure every day which is in affect the current dates total. What I need is a running total open calls figure. I can do this in a counter list widget but I want to trend over a time period Any ideas

Hi Is there a way of changing the Large number format in the widgets so it displays the correct number rather than rounded up. e.g 1000 shows as 1K Thanks
