  3. Hi @Ryan and @James Ainsworth There are still two issues with these translations: Found the strings: “guest.core.uploadImage” and “guest.core.insertEmoji”. And there are translations in place, but translations are not showing in customer portal. "Yes" and "No" buttons are translated and are shown in customer portal (or I thought that I saw those in customer portal), but I haven't found the right string to title (Disconnection Problem) and text (You have been disconnected...)   5. Hi, I didn't notice where I can translate this text which is shown in Customer Portal: This picture is from our Customer Portal and as you can see, there is no translation "2 hours ago". Number 2: guest.com.hornbill.servicemanager.portals.portal.home.requestView.subStatus (missing) So, I expect that this will shown in a short while in the near future? Right? Number 3: But in Customer Portal is still: Number 5: YES and NO for dialogs are translated but they don't show in Customer Portal. Number 6: Strings ui.app.com.hornbill.servicemanager.servicePortfolio.status.available ui.app.com.hornbill.servicemanager.servicePortfolio.status.availableMsg guest.com.hornbill.servicemanager.portals.portal.service.status.available Are actually translated but those are not shown in Customer Portal.   7. Hello, I have a bunch of Customer Portal's translations which I did not found: 1. Problem: Didn’t found any strings were I can translate Service Category contents. 2. Problem: Didn’t found any strings were I can translate “Sub-status” Headline of “My Requests”. 3. Problem: Didn’t found any strings were I can translate “Upload Image” and “Insert Emoji”. 4. Problem: Didn’t found any strings were I can translate Title and Text of announcement. Also “Yes” and “No” strings didn’t found. 5. Problem: Didn’t found any strings were I can translate “Yes” and “No”. 6. Problem: Didn’t found any strings or in Service Portfolio, were I can translate “Available” and “This Service is currently Available”. 7. Problem: Didn’t found any strings or in Progressive Capture, were I can translate “Please provide a value for the above field”. These fields are mandatory. If they leave empty then this text appears.   8. @Victor Customer site I have Dutch customer and language is Dutch. Otherwise we use English in internal portal and Admin sites.
  9. Hi, I translated some of the checkpoint texts in BPM. But when I watch my requests in customer portal site, those checkpoints are still in English. So, what could be the reason for this? New BPM is published, but still these translations are not shown. Regards, MikaP

  15. Hi, I have this progressive capture, where customer can add attachment. But where can I translate those two strings? Only place what I found was https://admin.hornbill.com/axiell/language/translations/com.hornbill.servicemanager/ with Translation Key: guest.com.hornbill.servicemanager.portals.portal.home.requestView.details.attachment.uploadDocument and Translation Key: guest.com.hornbill.servicemanager.portals.portal.home.requestView.details.attachment.orDragAndDrop But still my pCapture and Customer Portal site are in English.   16. It seems that in translations is a bug: If I have a text "hello" and try to change that to "Hello" it won't update this text to customer portal. But if I write "Hello again" and update that then it appears to customer portal site. And then I can take "again" away and update. Then it shows in customer portal site like it should "Hello". @MikaP
  17. Hi, I tried to change translation to one service, but it seems not working at the moment. Also another user were doing global translations at the same time and it crashes after 3200 translations were done. Best Regards, @MikaP
  18. Hi @David Hall Thank you for your answer! I thought that this was something to do with translations and I was right. But those links were in translations two times and I just setup the first ones. But when I go further there were those social links second time and when I changed those translations. I got it right. Now the social links are not shown. Regards, Mika
  19. Hi, We have Customer Portal and there are no social media links. In settings Home=>System=>Manage Portals=>Customize Customer Portal. All Social Media Links are 0. And that's ok. But when customer log in to the Portal those links are there again. How I can remove or hide those social media links from inner sites of Customer Portal? Best Regards, MikaP
  20. Hi, I'm wondering how I can import organisations to Hornbill? There is over one thousand organisations which I should import to the system. Or shall I make a template and Hornbill people do this job? I didn't found any guidance from Wiki. Import Contacts should be ok. Best Regards, MikaP
