One of our forms always fails when the BPM kicks in with the below error. As such I have copied another form that is working and just changed some of the titles - but it still fails. i cannot see anything that is wrong and the form appears to be the same as all the other? thanks lee Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AlexTumber Posted June 1, 2017 Share Posted June 1, 2017 Hi Lee, The most common error here is that the email template that has been defined in the business process node is not a valid email template in the system. Victor Posted June 1, 2017 Share Posted June 1, 2017 @lee mcdermott can you do a quick test if you don't mind... can you raise a test request and in the BP use this template: "emailapproval_Reset_Another_Persons_Voicemail" in the email node? I have changed it back and it is still working? very strange - i had checked to ensure there were no extra spaces at the end of the email template definition which there were not. So very strange?
