Change BPM Failure

Hi @colind,

This issue has been addressed in Service Manager build 1043. Please update the Service Manager app on your instance and re-run the BPM.

Hi Eshan

Error still occurs.

Looking at the error message in greater detail it states "User stevew does not exist".

He was an approver, but has recently been taken off, and is now only a basic user

@colind,

Have you published a new version of the Business Process since you changed the authorisers? Please note that the change will only take affect within Requests that are raised after a new version of the Business Process is published.
