Or shall I make a template and Hornbill people do this job? I didn't found any guidance from Wiki. Import Contacts should be ok. Martyn Houghton Posted October 18, 2017 Share Posted October 18, 2017 @MikaP I did not think this is currently possible and is normally done by Hornbill as part of the Switch On Service. It is something we will need to do soon ourselves, as we are looking to add additional service desks onto our single instance.
