Victor Posted October 20, 2016 Share Posted October 20, 2016 @Kelvin anything following a parallel sequence can only initiate once ALL workflow inside parallel configuration has been completed. In your example, both "Wait for Call Resolution" and "Escalate Call" would have to be completed. You might achieve what you need via task outcomes, like have a task with two outcomes "Resolve" and "Escalate" then continue (branch) the BP based on this outcome...
