Selfservice Chat Unavailable

For some reason my live chat on the portal is displaying a message saying:

Sorry selfservice chat is busy right now please try again later.

I've checked the settings and I cant see anything obvious!

HI @Adam Haylock

If you go into the Administration Tool is everything Under -> Live Chat -> Configuration enabled as shown in the screenshot?

Also have to set up the Operational Hours correctly in the Associated Operation Calendar for the Live Chat Application?

Excellent, that has fixed it, thanks.

I always thought the functionality had been rolled out so we could now raise a request off the back of a chat?

Hi Adam

This is coming in the next Release of Service Manager 2.37.* i can't confirm when this is expected but it believe its being rolled out internally this week for testing so i would like to think it would be early next week.
